When can I arrive at the campsite?

On arrival, please report to reception first, where you will check in and receive all the information about your accommodation and the services available.

By what time must I leave the pitch on the day of departure?

The departure time is set by the booking conditions and the campsite rules. If you would like to stay longer, please check the option of a late departure at reception.

What if I arrive late in the evening?

If you expect to arrive later, please let reception know in advance so that we can send you the arrival instructions.

Can I book a pitch in advance?

Yes. We recommend booking in advance, especially in the summer season, over holidays and at busy times.

Is the campsite suitable for motorhomes, caravans and tents?

Yes. The Terme Banovci campsite welcomes guests with motorhomes, caravans and tents.

Do the pitches have an electricity connection?

The campsite has pitches with the option of an electricity connection. Please check the facilities of your chosen pitch when booking.

Can I choose a specific pitch?

You can tell us your preferences about the location of the pitch when booking. We will do our best to take them into account, but we cannot guarantee a specific pitch number without separate confirmation.

How many people may stay on one pitch?

The number of people depends on the size and type of pitch and on the service booked. Everyone staying at the campsite must be registered.

Is swimming included in the camping price?

Swimming is included in most cases, unless you explicitly choose to book the pitch only. What is included depends on the chosen offer or package. What your booking includes is stated during booking and in the booking confirmation.

How far are the pools from the campsite?

The campsite is part of the Terme Banovci complex, so the thermal pools are a 2-minute walk away.

What kind of pools are there?

The Terme Banovci thermal park offers around 2,000 m² of water surface with indoor and outdoor pools. There are thermal, recreational and swimming pools as well as children’s water areas and slides.

Can I visit the saunas as well?

Yes. Prlekija Sauna Village is available to guests. Entry depends on the chosen package or can be paid for separately.

Does Terme Banovci have an FKK campsite?

Yes. Terme Banovci has a separate FKK campsite for guests who wish to spend their holiday in a naturist setting.

Does the FKK campsite have its own pool?

Yes. The FKK area has a separate thermal pool.

Is there a sauna in the FKK area?

Yes, a sauna is also available to guests in the FKK area.

Must I be undressed at all times in the FKK area?

The FKK area is intended for a naturist way of staying. We ask guests to follow the rules and the house order of the FKK area and to respect the privacy of other guests.

Does the campsite have toilets and showers?

Yes. Sanitary facilities and showers are available to campsite guests.

Is there a service point for motorhomes?

For information about waste water disposal, fresh water supply and other service options for motorhomes, please check when booking or at reception.

Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?

Wireless internet is available to guests throughout Terme Banovci. Signal quality may vary depending on the location of the pitch.

Is the campsite suitable for families with children?

Yes. The campsite and Terme Banovci are especially popular with families. Children can enjoy the pools, slides and other water areas, and at selected times there is an entertainment programme as well.

How is a child’s stay charged?

The price depends on the child’s age, the dates and the chosen offer. People aged 18 or over are treated as adults.

Are dogs welcome at the campsite?

Pets are allowed. Please state that you are staying with a dog when booking. A surcharge applies.

Can a dog come to the pools?

For reasons of hygiene, pets have no access to the restaurant, the pool areas or the wellness areas.

As a campsite guest, may I use the hotel restaurant?

Campsite guests may use the food and drink offer of Terme Banovci in line with the current opening hours and availability.

Can I add breakfast or dinner?

Please check the availability of breakfast, dinner or other meals at reception. We recommend booking in advance.

What if I have an allergy or a special diet?

Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements in advance.

How do I confirm a booking?

Unless stated otherwise for the booked offer, a booking is confirmed by paying 30 % of the booking value. The remainder is settled at reception.

For guests without a credit card, the advance payment is accepted no later than 5 days after the booking is made.

Can I change my booking?

A booking made through the online booking system can be changed online no later than 7 days before arrival, in line with the booking conditions.

What are the cancellation terms?

Unless stated otherwise for the booked offer:

• 7 to 1 day before arrival: 30 % of the booking value
• 1 to 0 days before arrival: 80 % of the booking value
• no-show: 80 % of the booking value

You can cancel a booking through the online system no later than 1 day before arrival.

What if I cannot come due to force majeure?

If you cannot take up your booking due to force majeure, no compensation is charged, in line with the applicable general terms.

Can I stay at the campsite for a longer period?

For longer stays and seasonal options we recommend contacting us directly, as offers depend on the dates and availability.

Do I need to show an identity document on arrival?

For guest registration, please have valid identity documents ready on arrival for everyone who will be staying at the campsite.
