How does the benefits card work?

The Terme Banovci benefits and loyalty card works by adding up the value of your purchases of services at Terme Banovci; on that basis cardholders earn benefits that bring discounts on future purchases.

Purchase values are collected over a period of six months from the date of the first purchase. Discounts earned must be used within six months.

Purchase value and discounts:

• €0 – €70.00 → 1%
• €70.01 – €250.00 → 2%
• €250.01 – €500.00 → 3%
• €500.01 – €800.00 → 4%
• over €800.01 → 5%

Where can you earn benefits?

You can collect purchase values and benefits at all points of sale at Terme Banovci. The card is valid only when paying for services at Terme Banovci — it does not apply to services booked through intermediaries (travel agencies, sales agents) or other online portals.

Benefits are credited at the time of purchase. Please present your card each time you pay for a service, as benefits cannot be added later.

Benefits club terms and conditions

The benefits and loyalty card is available to any individual aged 16 or over. The card is free of charge. Within 30 working days of completing the membership form you will receive a personalised laminated card with your own number, free of charge, by post.

The benefits or discounts earned cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to pay for a purchase or a gift voucher. If a member does not earn a bonus within the six-month period, the purchase values collected on the card expire.
