The Banovička benefits card

Holders of the Banovička benefits card enjoy benefits on their stay: two children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge, and senior guests staying three or more nights receive a 10% discount on bed and breakfast.

The benefits card also brings discounts with local providers and lets you collect the value of your purchases at all points of sale at Terme Banovci.

Booking, prices and payment

Thank you for your booking. Please take a moment to read the hotel’s terms and conditions.

• A valid payment card is required to guarantee the booking.
• The price is per person per night. VAT (9.5%) is included; the tourist tax and registration fee are not.
• The tourist tax is €2.50 per adult per night, €1.25 for guests under 18, €1.25 for stays in mobile homes and €1.25 for the FKK naturist campsite.
• The registration fee is €3.00 per person, charged once.
• The booking is guaranteed with a credit card number. The card will not be charged to confirm the booking.
• If the guest has no payment card, a deposit of 30% of the total value of the package is paid as a guarantee. The guarantee deposit is accepted no later than seven days before arrival.
• To book without a credit card, write to us at info@terme-banovci.si.
• The full amount is settled at reception on departure.

Check-in, check-out and children

• Check-in is possible from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be completed by 11.00 on the day of departure.
• Late check-out is charged extra.
• Children aged 15 and over are treated as adults and pay the full price. When booking, they should be counted as adults.

Discounts for Banovička benefits card holders

• Two children up to the age of 12 stay free on a bed and breakfast basis in a room with two adults who hold a Banovička card. Dinner is charged as an additional meal.
• Senior guests holding a Banovička benefits card receive a 10% discount on bed and breakfast for stays of at least three nights.
• Discounts cannot be combined and are mutually exclusive.

General discounts

A child sharing a room with two adults stays in a bed or an extra bed. Two children up to the age of 11.99 stay free in all cases (with two adults or with one adult).

Each additional child:

• 0–3.99 years: free of charge,
• 4–6.99 years: 50% discount,
• 7–11.99 years: 30% discount,
• 12–17.99 years: 10% discount.

When one adult stays, a single-use supplement of €30.00 always applies. If the children stay free of charge, one adult pays €30.00.

Cancellation terms

The booking is guaranteed with a credit card number. The card will not be charged to confirm the booking.

• A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to seven days before arrival.
• For cancellations between six and four days before arrival, 30% of the value of the package or the deposit is charged.
• For cancellations three days before arrival, on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 80% of the services booked or of the whole package is charged.
