When can I check in at the hotel?

Check-in on the day of arrival is possible after 14.00.

By what time must I leave the room on the day of departure?

Check-out on the day of departure is by 11.00.

Can I arrive before 14.00?

Of course you can arrive at Terme Banovci earlier. Early check-in depends on availability on the day of arrival. For more information and any surcharges, please contact reception.

Is a late check-out possible?

A late check-out is possible subject to availability and by prior arrangement with reception. Please check any surcharge at reception.

What if I arrive late?

We hold the booking until 21.00 on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 21.00, please let reception know in advance.

How do I confirm a booking?

A booking is confirmed by paying 30 % of the booking value. The remainder is settled at reception.

What applies if I book without a credit card?

For guests without a credit card, the advance payment is accepted no later than 5 days after the booking is made.

When do I pay the remainder of the booking?

The remaining amount is settled at the reception of the property, at the latest on departure.

How can I change my booking?

A booking made through the online booking system can be changed online no later than 7 days before arrival, in line with the booking conditions.

By when can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking through the online system no later than 1 day before arrival.

The following cancellation terms apply:

• 7 to 1 day before arrival: we charge 30 % of the booking value
• 1 to 0 days before arrival: we charge 80 % of the booking value
• no-show: we charge 80 % of the booking value

If different cancellation terms apply to a particular offer, package or booking, they are stated at the time of booking.

What happens if I cannot come due to force majeure?

If you cannot take up your booking due to force majeure, no compensation is charged, in line with the applicable general terms.

What types of accommodation are there at Terme Banovci?

You can choose between different options depending on your wishes and the number of guests:

• Hotel Narcisa 4* – a modern boutique hotel with a direct indoor connection to the thermal pools and the wellness centre
• Hotel Zeleni Gaj 3* – a welcoming hotel with direct access to the thermal pools
• Zeleni Gaj Hotel Village 3* – spacious rooms and suites in cottages, only a few metres from the hotel and the thermal park
• Premium mobile homes – a stay in nature with a private jacuzzi with thermal water

How many people can stay in each room?

The capacity depends on the chosen accommodation and room type:

• Hotel Zeleni Gaj 3*: 2 adults + 1 child up to the age of 12
• Zeleni Gaj Hotel Village 3*: a standard room for 2 adults + 1 child; the suite accommodates a family of 2 + 2
• Hotel Narcisa 4*: 2 adults + 1 child up to the age of 12
• connecting rooms at Hotel Narcisa 4*: suitable for families of 2 + 2, also when the children are older than 12
• Premium mobile homes: accommodate up to 5 people

Which accommodation do you recommend for a family with two children?

For a family of 2 + 2 we recommend a suite in the Zeleni Gaj Hotel Village or connecting rooms at Hotel Narcisa. The Premium mobile homes are an excellent choice for families who want more independence, a stay in nature and a private jacuzzi with thermal water.

Are connecting rooms available at Hotel Narcisa?

Yes. Hotel Narcisa has connecting rooms, an excellent choice for families with two children and for families with older children. They offer more space and privacy, while the rooms remain directly connected.

When do children stay free of charge?

Two children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge when sharing a room with two adults (2 + 2).

For the third and each additional child, discounts apply according to age:

• child from 0 to 3.99 years: free of charge
• child from 4 to 6.99 years: 50% discount
• child from 7 to 11.99 years: 30% discount
• child from 12 to 17.99 years: 10% discount

Discounts are calculated according to the chosen accommodation, the number of people in the room and availability. Minimum stay 2 nights. Not valid for A Charming Package for Seniors.

People aged 18 or over are treated as adults and charged the full price.

Where can we stay if we have two or more children?

Several options are available for families with more children:

• a suite in the Zeleni Gaj Hotel Village – for a family of 2 + 2
• two connecting rooms at Hotel Narcisa 4* – for a family of 2 + 2, especially when one of the children is older than 12
• Premium mobile homes – for up to 5 people

If you are travelling with a larger family, we recommend stating the number and ages of the children when booking. That way we can suggest the most suitable accommodation and the best-value option.

Can I get a cot?

A cot is available depending on the chosen accommodation and availability. We recommend requesting it when booking.

How do I get to the pools from each type of accommodation?

If you are staying at Hotel Zeleni Gaj or Hotel Narcisa, the hotel areas and the thermal pools are connected, so you can reach the pools through indoor passages – comfortably, even in a bathrobe.

From the Zeleni Gaj Hotel Village the thermal park is only a few metres’ walk outdoors.

Guests of the Premium mobile homes walk to the thermal park through the Terme Banovci grounds, a 2-minute walk.

What kind of pools are there?

At Terme Banovci there are indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a recreational and a swimming pool, a children’s pool and a pool with two slides. The thermal water in the warmest pools reaches up to 38 °C.

Can guests of all types of accommodation use the wellness centre?

Yes. The wellness offer of Terme Banovci is available to guests of all types of accommodation. You can choose between massages, beauty programmes, saunas and other wellness experiences.

Individual services may be included in the chosen package or paid for separately.

Are the saunas included in the price of the stay?

That depends on the chosen accommodation and package. Guests of Hotel Narcisa 4* have daily 3-hour entry to the Prlekija saunas included in the regular hotel offer.

For other types of accommodation, please check whether a sauna visit is included in the chosen package or can be added.

Is swimming included in the price of the stay?

Swimming is included in the price of the accommodation. What is included depends on the chosen accommodation, package or offer. All included services are listed in the booking confirmation.

Can I use the pools on the day of arrival and departure as well?

Yes.

Do I need to book wellness services in advance?

We recommend booking massages, wellness treatments and other individual services in advance, especially at weekends, over holidays and at busy times.

Are a bathrobe and towels available?

A bathrobe can be hired at the spa against a deposit, which is returned when you bring it back. At Hotel Narcisa 4* the bathrobe and towels are in the room.

The availability of wellness bags and extra towels depends on the chosen accommodation or package.

Where do guests have breakfast and dinner?

A shared hotel restaurant is available to guests, where breakfast and dinner are served according to the chosen offer.

What is included in your stay – breakfast, half board or other catering – is stated at the time of booking.

Is there a bar for guests?

Yes. In the central hotel area there is an aperitif bar where you can enjoy a drink, a coffee or relaxed company.

Can we use the restaurant if we are staying in the Hotel Village or the mobile homes?

Yes. The food and drink offer of Terme Banovci is available to guests of all types of accommodation. Individual meals can be used in line with the chosen package or ordered separately, subject to availability.

What does my booking include – breakfast or half board?

That depends on the chosen offer. At the time of booking it is clearly stated whether the price includes breakfast, half board or other catering services.

Can you cater for special dietary needs?

If you have allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, please tell us when booking or before arrival so that we can prepare accordingly.

Can I add dinner or breakfast?

Please ask about additional breakfast, dinner or other catering when booking or at reception.

Is there parking at Terme Banovci?

Yes, parking is available to guests in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation buildings.

Can I charge an electric car?

Yes. Charging points for electric vehicles are available on the Terme Banovci grounds.

Can I bring a dog on holiday?

Pets are allowed in selected accommodation units. As the terms and surcharges differ by type of accommodation, we recommend stating that you are staying with a pet when booking.

May a dog enter the restaurant, the pools, the saunas and the wellness area?

For reasons of hygiene, pets have no access to the restaurant, the pool areas or the wellness areas. Small dogs are allowed in the bar.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, wireless internet is available to guests.

Is the accommodation accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Terme Banovci also has adapted, more accessible accommodation and shared areas. As accessibility differs between buildings and room types, we recommend stating your needs when booking.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms or indoor areas. Outdoor areas are provided for smokers.
